Touney buyin detection

Detect correct stake & name (required for determining if license is allowed to handle the table)
Also add a check for 0NL (occurs when table isn't properly identified) - log it as warning
This is currently broken on both platforms.

"Unknown tables" do detect action, just not BB or name on both platforms.
Tourneys on bwin do seem to work find

Stars (partially working, sats broken):
There seems to be no reliable way to detect tourney buyin by window title on stars since the names are inconsistent. Lobby windows are also no help (spyxx finds no readable text).

Also when registering to a new tourney, initially also refused to detect the table name.
Title is different on first load? Fixed in 320ebdd

On sats it treats the big blind x100 as buyin. That's not good..
Cause was tourney check being run on the wrong group fixed in: 4f9dce6

Only remaining issue should be that tourney are purposely detected as 0NL.
Low priority since attempting to fix this will likely cause the prize pool or satellite buyin to be detected as the buyin.
