dot-parser was GPL-2, and thus polluted my project's license. graphviz-rust is MIT. The migration was less scary than I expected. I'm not sure why I didn't use graphviz-rust in the first place; it seems like I definitely should have turned it up in my searches for a DOT parser ...

I had an idea for a new dependency graph analysis tool, and it doesn't fit in well with csvizmo, which was just a collecting ground anyways. So spin up a new project and import all of the tools.
Most of the tools have been left unchanged, but I did switch out the GraphViz parser to
graphviz-rust.
