Add a new menu to visualize the per-database channels configuration.
When hovering, it shows the details. On double-click, it opens the form view, on right-click, it opens a form to create a new subchannel.
It works in Dark Mode too (for @mtriki)
Also on the channel form view, we now show the effective capacity (which means the one inherited from the parent if the capacity is zero or greater than the parent's capacity).
