GPL Violation: OOS12 kernel_oneplus_sm8250 sources have not been released

Can we please see the sources for the kernel_oneplus_sm8250? OOS12 saw its first beta release for this platform back in January of this year and we're still waiting on its sources. Thanks and kind regards,

You need to release the new kernel sources according to the license used. If not you'll be in a violation of the terms and conditions you agreed to when you used GPL licensed code.

@binson-xu Any time estimate on the release of the OOS12 kernel_oneplus_sm8250 kernel sources? Oneplus is well beyond the legal time limit GPL allows to release these sources and we all just want to gauge if its worth it for us use legal channels to apply some more pressure.

All possible preparation should have been complete when OnePlus produced a working build of OOS12 for the sm8250 platform and released it to its users back in January. Can you help these paying OnePlus customers along with all of the contributors to the Kernel project understand whats being prepared? OnePlus is already six months late with these sources and that's already way too long of a wait, Especially when competitors like Xiaomi, Google, Motorola and Huawei have way better kernel source release cadences than OnePlus as of late.
