Targets depending on OpenFLUID losing access to OpenFLUID macros when rerun

Never a problem at first trigger.
Happens sometimes in manual ware compilation, requiring deleting of the build folder content.
Also detected in PyOF with an other OpenFLUID cmake function, seems to indicate that search path is overwritten or corrupted by a cmake function during the first call
