It should probably have a new nav section in the header for "Models" now that there's a dedicated "Datasets" one. Otherwise this seems good, thanks

lol I completely missed that. I've added it now. Thanks for reminding me. I'll open the PR I mentioned to you soon; I'm working on a different project right now, but everything's ready. |

This PR adds a dedicated Datasets system that strictly mirrors the existing Models UI, including Edit Mode parity. It also introduces dataset-specific tags, DIV2K's authors and an Academic Research Purpose Only license for DIV2K. Passed linting/DB validation.
