This would be great, we can start to think of a schema for this. Is there an existing database we can import?

I know that the PRISM dataset has it here: https://depmap.org/repurposing/.
This file, primary-screen-replicate-treatment-info.csv, contains columns for mechanism of action and target genes.
I don't know if this database, https://go.drugbank.com/, has more info. Unfortunately, I couldn't make a free account with them since I don't count as an academic researcher.

I dont think we'll be able to use drugbank. I applied for a license for my academic project but re-releasing seems out of scope. I think the Depmap dataset can be interesting though. It looks like its freely available for download so we can add that to the drug descriptor table.
