The cNF (cutaneous neurofibroma) organoid drug-screen dataset is fully implemented in the build (samples, omics, drugs, experiments) and in the Python package. Its data cannot be published yet because the underlying study is not yet published.
Once the study is published, publish the cNF data:
- Upload the cNF files (
cnf_samples.csv, cnf_transcriptomics, cnf_proteomics, cnf_phosphoproteomics, cnf_experiments, cnf_drugs, cnf_drug_descriptors) to the release Figshare article.
- Verify
coderdata.download(name='cnf') retrieves them and coderdata.load(name='cnf') loads all modalities including phosphoproteomics.
- Include cNF wherever appropriate (default build list / docs) once public.
The cNF code shipped in the 2.4 stack; this issue tracks publishing the data.
