The global phosphosites reference builder (phosphosites.csv, ~126k sites) is implemented and used by cNF phosphoproteomics mapping. Its data cannot be published yet because it is tied to the not-yet-published cNF study.
Once the cNF/phospho work is published, publish the reference:
- Upload
phosphosites.csv to the release Figshare article.
- Verify the downloader picks it up via the
phosphosites filename rule and that phosphoproteomics phosphosite_ids resolve.
Pairs with the cNF publish issue (#494).
