The Sphinx-docs deploy used peaceiris/actions-gh-pages with a DOCSITE_TOKEN secret that is no longer valid, so pushes to gh-pages failed with a git auth error and the site stopped updating. Switch to the built-in Pages pipeline (upload-pages-artifact + deploy-pages), which authenticates via the workflow's OIDC token and needs no PAT.

The deploy usedpeaceiris/actions-gh-pageswith aDOCSITE_TOKENsecret that is no longer valid (password auth), causinggitto fail with exit code 128 on every recent run.This switches the deploy to the built-in GitHub Pages pipeline (
actions/upload-pages-artifact+actions/deploy-pages), which authenticates with the workflow's OIDC token and needs no PAT. The repo's Pages source was set to "GitHub Actions".Verified: the workflow's build and deploy jobs both succeed and the live site at https://pnnl-compbio.github.io/coderdata/ rebuilds.
