Rollout tracker for PSModule/GitHub-Script v1.9.0 (8083ec1f733f00357ee4d0db0c6056686e483bc0) across downstream consumers, following the intent of PSModule/Process-PSModule#374.

Status: 14 / 14 consumers on v1.9.0 — rollout complete.

Note

The #374 auto-progress mechanism (cross-repository sub-issue anchors) could not be applied to 4 of the 14 consumers because they have GitHub Issues disabled — an anchor issue cannot be created there, and Closes #anchor needs the anchor in the same repo as the bump PR. This tracker therefore uses a task list instead of sub-issues. Details and recommendation: PSModule/Process-PSModule#374 (comment). Enabling Issues on those repos would allow the full sub-issue model with the native progress bar.
