Track the test repairs in PR #3872, following the failures in deployment run 37820880125.
- The California and Scotland macro tests send
staging_probe, which the strict economy query schema rejects with HTTP 400. Use supported policy labels to identify test runs.
- The California household test expects $395.86, while its exact 2025 household computes $388.2118 with the pinned PolicyEngine bundle 6.2.1 / US model 2.2.1. Correct the assertion with documented model and fixture provenance.
- HTTP polling exceptions omit the API response body. Include it so request-validation errors are visible in CI logs.
Acceptance criteria:
- Live macro requests comply with the canonical query schema and retain unique policy labels.
- The California household assertion matches the exact pinned model and fixture.
- Local regressions reproduce the original failures and pass with the fixes.
- Polling errors include response details, and repository checks pass.
Validation already completed for PR #3872: 102 focused local tests and all 14 GitHub checks passed. The full deployed suite returned 9 passed and 1 failed. The remaining Scotland worker failure (Variable 'country' not found in household data) is a separate upstream filtering defect, outside these test repairs.
