…main docs) Adds the per-repo configuration the engineering skills (to-tickets, triage, to-spec, wayfinder, domain-modeling, grill-with-docs, improve-codebase-architecture) read from: - docs/agents/issue-tracker.md: GitHub, PowerShellOrg/PSDepend, via gh. PRs-as-triage-surface left off (default). - docs/agents/triage-labels.md: canonical label defaults (needs-triage, needs-info, ready-for-agent, ready-for-human, wontfix) unchanged. - docs/agents/domain.md: single-context (GLOSSARY.md + docs/adr/ at the repo root), noting a legacy adr/ directory with two older entries still pending consolidation into docs/adr/. - CLAUDE.md: new "## Agent skills" section pointing at the three files above.

| - **Create an issue**: `gh issue create --title "..." --body "..."`. Use a heredoc for multi-line bodies. | ||
| - **Read an issue**: `gh issue view <number> --comments`, filtering comments by `jq` and also fetching labels. |

| - **Map**: a single issue labelled `wayfinder:map`, holding the Notes / Decisions-so-far / Fog body. `gh issue create --label wayfinder:map`. | ||
| - **Child ticket**: an issue linked to the map as a GitHub sub-issue (`gh api` on the sub-issues endpoint). Where sub-issues aren't enabled, add the child to a task list in the map body and put `Part of #<map>` at the top of the child body. Labels: `wayfinder:<type>` (`research`/`prototype`/`grilling`/`task`). Once claimed, the ticket is assigned to the driving dev. |

Summary
Adds the per-repo configuration that the Matt Pocock engineering skills (
to-tickets,triage,to-spec,wayfinder,domain-modeling,grill-with-docs,improve-codebase-architecture) read from, persetup-matt-pocock-skills.docs/agents/issue-tracker.md— GitHub (PowerShellOrg/PSDepend) via theghCLI. PRs-as-triage-surface left off (the default).docs/agents/triage-labels.md— canonical defaults unchanged (needs-triage,needs-info,ready-for-agent,ready-for-human,wontfix).docs/agents/domain.md— single-context layout (GLOSSARY.md+docs/adr/at the repo root). Flags a pre-existing split: a legacyadr/directory at the repo root still holds two older ADRs (0001-nuget-version-ranges.md,0002-lock-resolution-model.md) that haven't been consolidated intodocs/adr/. Not touched by this PR — only documented as a known gap for whoever owns that cleanup.CLAUDE.md— new## Agent skillssection pointing at the three files above.Testing
