On Chrome Version 152.0.7977.84 (Official Build) (64-bit) - Windows 11, it appears that a similar issue is occurring to the manual grade in PL - PrairieLearn/PrairieLearn#14823

Noticed this when setting the % of exam duration accommodation for students
