Add lint, coverage, and notebooks to CI #6
Description
#5 introduces a test suite and CI system, but the last section of the PR description also notes what is not included: lint, coverage, and notebook test environments and workflows.
It will also be worthwhile to set up minimum-version and development-version tests at some point, using extremal-python-dependencies.
- lint Enable a minimum set of linters #68
- coverage
- notebook
- minimum version tests
- development version tests
