为NXP FRDM-MCXA366开发板添加RTduino兼容层支持，使该板卡能够运行Arduino生态的应用程序。这是对RT-Thread生态中主流开发板支持的重要补充，方便开发者快速在MCXA366平台上进行原型验证和项目开发。

你的解决方案是什么 (what is your solution)

根据FRDM-MCXA366的Arduino接口（J1/J2）原理图，完成了完整的引脚映射表（pins_arduino.c/h），将D0-D13、A0-A5等Arduino标准引脚与MCU的GPIO、UART、I2C、SPI、ADC、PWM等外设进行了一一对应。

解决了RTduino在ARM Compiler V6 (armclang) 环境下的编译兼容性问题，特别是为标准库函数（如rand、atol等）补充了必要的头文件声明。

修复了ConsoleSerial全局对象因初始化顺序导致rt_console_get_device()获取设备失败的问题，通过延迟初始化机制确保了Serial对象的稳定工作。

提供了基于RT-Thread 5.3.0和RTduino latest版本的完整工程配置和测试示例。
