Add GDDR6X memory temps to the sensor readouts for Nvidia cards

A nice to have addition would be temps of the GDDR6X memory on recent Nvidia cards.
A known issue with high memory temps that also causes downclocking because of 100% utilization during distributed computing loads.
Not exposed by any Linux Nvidia tools so far as far as I know.
