- Feature: add Kimi Code as a built-in usage provider with session and weekly quota tracking.
- Resolve Kimi credentials from an API key or existing CLI session for authenticated usage collection.
- Support Kimi API-key sign-in and usage-ring display through shared provider metadata.
- Add coverage for Kimi collection, credential parsing, login storage, registry, and usage service integration.
