Remote subagent approval links used the parent's environment, opening an empty composer instead of the child's pending approval. Carry the child's environment through approval, question, and child-name navigation on web/desktop and the mobile banner, with shell availability checked on the destination machine.

Merge upstream main at 5e9d56416f6b395095c772c597e79cd5f94e3052, including agent-link #17129, remote delegation #16719, and linked-environment Labs controls #17130. Preserve the fork's project-intelligence migrations, retry identities, and MCP response handling; remove duplicated agent guidance.

Full-suite validation also exposed missing FX settings classification and a missing FX harness row. Add those entries, correct temporary-path and reactive-store test fixtures, use atomic input replacement in browser tests, and give the preload verifier a window event target.

Validation:

• Reproduced the empty composer in the installed app. Browser navigation regressions failed before the fix and pass afterward. Rebuilt and installed the PR head on macOS; Computer Use confirmed Open approval reaches MINI's real Command approval dialog. No pending action was approved or declined.
• Full web suite: 4,988 passed. Full mobile suite: 3,060 passed. Client/runtime and other workspace suites passed.
• Full server suite split across Ubuntu-main and Omarchy: 5,573 passed after the two failing FX-related tests were fixed and rerun; four existing skips. The affected server-settings/Pstack rerun passed all 72 tests.
• Linux desktop: 901 passed. macOS applicable desktop tests: 849 passed, 38 platform skips; Linux filesystem tests were covered on Omarchy. Added preload-verifier regression failed before its fix and all eight verifier tests pass afterward; the actual built preload verifies.
• Native Rust crates and project-memory binding tests passed on Linux. Mobile Swift/Kotlin static checks, release smoke, and release workflow tests passed.
• Initial changed-file checks passed all 37 affected package typechecks and 1,345 tests. Final follow-up checks passed format, lint, both knip checks, GraphQL generation, 11 affected package typechecks, and 18 focused tests.
• GitHub-hosted execution remains queued. The maintainer explicitly authorized merging on completed local/remote validation. Real-model evals and native mobile runtime execution were not run; MCP tool-use request-generation dry run passed.

Implemented and verified with GPT-6 in the Codex harness.
