#804 fails npm ci with ERESOLVE. The group bumps @opentelemetry/api to 1.10.0 and the experimental packages to 0.300, but @opentelemetry/core and resources stay on 2.12.0, whose api peer range ends at <1.10.0.

The new versions belong to the 3.x SDK (core, resources and sdk-trace 3.1.0 need api >=1.10 <1.11). @opentelemetry/sdk-trace-web has no 3.x release yet, and its latest 2.12.0 still caps api at <1.10. Moving the browser telemetry in src/telemetry/otel.ts to 3.x is therefore a migration and not a minor bump.

This change ignores minor and major updates for @opentelemetry/* in the frontend block. Patches still come through. Dependabot then rebuilds the npm group without them, so the other 22 updates from #804 can land.

api 1.10 and the 0.300 instrumentations need the 3.x SDK, and
sdk-trace-web has no 3.x release, so the grouped bump in #804 fails
npm ci with ERESOLVE. Patches still come through.
