Resizing while a resource pane is selected leaves stale layout attributes and table markup; the active pane needs updating while preserving selection, with regression coverage for layout-dependent content.

What changed in this PR
This PR addresses files disappearing on resize by preserving the folder explorer and its selected content during layout changes.
Changes:
- Skips full content re-rendering when a folder explorer is present and the theme is unchanged.
- Adds a regression test checking that the explorer and its child content survive mobile and desktop layout transitions.
