feat: install the stack, policy and secrets skills - #19

Conversation
SG_SKILL_NAMES listed only the three workflow skills, so the bundled sg-create-stack, sg-create-policy and sg-manage-secrets skills were shipped in the package but never installed. Add them to the list and to the tests that pin the list and the skill count. Rewrite skills/README.md for people onboarding through an agent: how the agent, skills and MCP server fit together, StackGuardian terms, a "which skill do I need" table, and per-skill example requests, walkthroughs and gotchas. List all six skills in the main README. Bump to 1.1.0. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

Summary
SG_SKILL_NAMES(src/sg/skills.ts) listed only the three workflow skills. Sosg-create-stack,sg-create-policyandsg-manage-secretswere inskills/and shipped in the npm package and the binary, but were never installed. The three are now added to the list.SKILL.mdto its source, and thestatuse2e assertion (3 skills→6 skills). The unit test's check for unprefixed skill references now also coverscreate-stack,create-policyandmanage-secrets.skills/README.mdis rewritten for people onboarding through an agent. It covers how the agent, skills and MCP server fit together, StackGuardian terms, a "which skill do I need" table, and for each skill: example requests, a collapsible step-by-step walkthrough, and "good to know" notes.skills/README.md.The companion PR StackGuardian/skills#4 says
