Prepares Frame Performance Analyzer 3.2.3, a maintenance release for Precision Timeline containing three post-release fixes.

Fixes

• Context benchmark browser shows captures outside the selected source folder #35 — scope contextual Pair/Multi benchmark selection to the active Source folder while preserving the global Library
• Frame points shows raw FPS spikes while Precision filtering is enabled #38 — keep Frame points within the active Precision-filtered frame set instead of reintroducing raw FPS spikes
• Benchmark selector shows incorrect capture duration #39 — calculate FrameView capture duration from the recorded timestamp span while preserving NVIDIA App elapsed-time semantics
