This PR updates the implemented metamodel to the baseline for KerML 1.1/SysML 2.1 Beta 2. It accounts for resolutions that effect the abstract syntax from KerML 1.1 RTF Ballot 3 and SysML 2.1 RTF Ballot 3 .
