Why
AGENTS.md is 7 bytes under its 16 KiB budget, and the
linuxbranch needs 22 more for thechangelog.mdrow (linux/CHANGELOG.md, which that branch's rule covers). The Writing style section repeats thatagent-docschecks each Area rules row against its rule'spaths:, which the Area rules section already states.Change
