Follows TableProApp/TablePro#3515.

  • The Export dialog's install item is now the plugin's manifest name: Install Parquet Export… in features/import-export.mdx and features/plugins.mdx.
  • The Parquet tab says the item appears once the plugin registry has loaded, which needs the network on a fresh install.
