🎯 What: (the issue addressed)
Resolved a false positive where an issue tracker incorrectly flagged a descriptive comment (# Todo CLI Demo) as an actionable TODO task.

💡 Why: (how this improves maintainability)
This ensures issue trackers only surface genuine pending tasks, reducing noise and improving developer visibility.

Verification: (how you confirmed the change is safe)
Ran python3 verify_all_examples.py and cargo test --workspace to ensure that this minor text alteration did not disrupt the example verification parser or any other tests.

Result: (the improvement achieved)
The comment retains its original meaning but uses formatting (# To-Do CLI Demo) that evades overly broad TODO regexes.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 4516105307377195915 started by @Tcode-Motion

Changed `# Todo CLI Demo` to `# To-Do CLI Demo` to prevent the comment from being incorrectly flagged as an actionable TODO item by issue trackers.
