🎯 What: The code health issue addressed was a monolithic visit_expression method containing nearly 250 lines of complex match arms for every expression type. This was broken out into individual helper functions.
💡 Why: Smaller, dedicated handler methods make the Interpreter logic much easier to read, test, and extend. It also reduces cognitive load when modifying specific expression behaviors.
Verification: I confirmed safety by running cargo test -p techscript_interpreter and cargo check --workspace to ensure all functionality was preserved and everything continues to compile without issues.
Result: A significantly cleaner visit_expression method and improved modularity in the AST visitor implementation.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 8149600418821221356 started by @Tcode-Motion

Extracted the complex match arms inside `Interpreter::visit_expression` into dedicated `eval_*` helper functions (e.g., `eval_literal`, `eval_binary_expr`, etc.).
This dramatically improves the readability and maintainability of the `expressions.rs` file without altering the control flow or semantics.
