Asap7 coralnpu with lower CORE_UTILIZATION gets "stuck" in DRT #4478

Describe the bug
When the CORE_UTILIZATION is lowered to 55, asap7 coralnpu gets stuck on two violations in DRT:

I interrupted the job after that.
