This pull request updates the baseline metrics and rules for the riscv32i design on the asap7 platform in rules-base.json. Specifically, it updates the expected synthesis netlist hashes and improves the timing setup metrics, adjusting the worst slack from -81.2 to -70.8 and the total negative slack from -31800.0 to -9310.0. Improves the finish timing setup TNS number. Not quite sure why the GRT TNS number goes up.
