vitro-probe-baseline: 勘探探针态——89 文件编译修复

Vitro 实机代码对拍勘探（vitro-realcode-diff-workflow）的测量基线态：

• 128 处补 include（stdlib/stdbool/string——上游文件缺标准头）
• leetcode 题目注释内的 struct 模板（TreeNode/ListNode 等）反注释为 可编译真定义

只含上游文件的探针修改；勘探产物（_diff_out*/）与工具脚本不入库。
上游 e5dad3f 为 2023-09 终态；本提交即 gold_signatures.json 基线的 provenance 锚。
