Move portable builders, parsers, models, and workflow policies into Core. Isolate rendering, image processing, persistence, and backup/export logic in a headless Windows library, with WinUI adapters and dependency injection wiring in the app. Harden URI/CSV handling, Unicode truncation, QR alignment and layout calculations, image lifetime, and atomic persistence while preserving legacy storage compatibility. Exercise the production Core and Windows libraries with MSTest and Microsoft.Testing.Platform, including isolated filesystem integration tests and structural rendering checks.
