The addition of mkey to corim and subsequent evolution of the internal representation of the Accepted Claims Set (ACS) observed that the identity key and attest key triples lacked mkey qualification. The corim triples were updated to include mkey and authorized-by as matching criteria.
However, as evidence there is no need for matching criteria as all evidence is accepted regardless. But the inclusion of mkey as a qualifier for environment-map applies everywhere environment-map is used. Hence, the key triples should be updated to allow mkey.
