Expose explicit STOP/FRESH policy for native, bodyless and unresolved dynamic calls, plus a method-approximation toggle and observer events. STOP retains a terminal prefix with its call stack; FRESH creates a declared-type result. Ordinary executable bodies still run, and approximation exceptions still propagate as errors. Defaults remain approximations enabled and FRESH. Keep a classpath helper that verifies real approximation artifacts for ON.

Validation: one smoke test covers both model settings, both residual policies and six method scenarios. Combined descendant 2ac27c1ae: all 12 focused tests passed and JVM Detekt main/test completed under the exclusive local build lock. Standalone PR-head CI is separate.

Stack: targets caelmbleidd/jvm-invocation-return-adaptation; review only this layer, merge/rebase its prerequisite first, and recheck the final main integration. Existing JVM fixes #562, #563 and #598 remain separate entries in the Calls wrap-up map. Frozen experiment artifacts are unchanged.
