HelminthDB is the 13th genomic project this release. It is added alongside the existing twelve in every per-project dependency list.

Main/lib/xml/workflowTemplates/genomicsRoot.xml<depends name="HelminthDB"/> in:

  • sampleDetailsForEda
  • OrthoMCLDependent
  • alphaFold
  • ExternalResourceUrl
  • analyzeWebreadyPartitionedTables

Main/lib/xml/workflow/orthomclGenomics.xml — per the warning comment at genomicsRoot.xml:59, also added to both dependsExternal lists:

  • HelminthDB_checkOrthoCoreProteomeDirs
  • HelminthDB_checkOrthoPeripheralProteomeDirs

Both files parse as valid XML.

Follow-up: the project list is duplicated across 7 blocks in 2 files, kept in sync only by a comment. See the linked issue for making it data-driven.
