Excludes lib/VitableConnect.rb from Naming/FileName (Fern names the entrypoint after moduleName; its own config flags it — reported upstream). Adds a vitable_connect.rb shim so the pre-1.0 require path keeps working, and drops publish-gem.yml in favor of Fern's generated tag-triggered publisher in ci.yml.
