Add contextual editor error reports and publish Beta 11

Summary

• add a centralized editor error-report model with contextual areas and recovery guidance
• keep local paths out of ordinary messages while retaining opt-in technical details
• add a bounded clipboard bridge and Copy Details action
• add automated contracts, roadmap status, Beta 11 packaging metadata and a focused maintainer acceptance checklist

Verification

• node scripts/check.cjs
• renderer bundle with the locally installed esbuild
• Electron preload/desktop smoke test
• git diff --check

Scope

This is the initial stronger-error-reporting foundation only. It intentionally does not add telemetry, persistent logs, automated issue submission or a full error console.
