Team onboarding now follows the current public.3-derived 2026.10.17-public.4 archive and FIRST_RUN, rather than the superseded unpublished public.2-lineage repair candidate. It distinguishes the recorded local Windows CPython 3.11.15/3.14.5 results from the older candidate validation performed by Windows CI.

The guide and data-handling skill separate implemented file/hash/path checks from operator procedures: data labels and redaction are manual; approvals are recorded rather than authenticated; handoffs are manual file transport with no verified universal model compatibility; size limits do not prevent sensitive extracts from fitting. Independent H3 and owner-controlled integration remain separate requirements. Reserved rights, unset commercial/support terms and unverified platforms remain explicit.

The original PR also adds the tool-neutral data-handling skill, instruction pointers, ignore rules and standard-library boundary scanner with Ubuntu CI. The scanner checks selected markers/names in tracked working-tree bytes and ZIP members. The guide documents binary, untracked/history, pattern and test-coverage limits; a green scan is not an exhaustive security audit.

Correction commit: 33db8768856d0042eca73c46775e213c0984daa2.

  • Extended the existing setup regression so team FIRST_RUN resolves to the same current package as README/site.
  • Included the adoption guide and repository skill Markdown in link/privacy validation.
  • Preserved all distribution/site bytes, historical archives and receipts. Both current public.4 ZIP hashes still match the committed receipt.
  • No release, merge, deployment, commercial licence or enterprise certification is authorized or implied.

Verification for the correction:

  • Implementer, Linux CPython 3.12.14: repository 8/8 and scanner 7/7 passed; tracked scan clean (264 files); skill metadata validation and diff checks passed. The original stale guide fails the extended setup regression.
  • Separate agent review of the five-file correction: PARTIAL, no actionable defects found. Independently reproduced repository 8/8, scanner 7/7, expanded link/privacy check (210 local links), public.4 manifest (42 payload entries), handoff 40/40 and packet 1/1. Package script suite: 12 tests with one native-Windows junction skip. Librarian test attempt was blocked by missing jsonschema; Windows PowerShell/native checks were not rerun. The reviewer confirmed this verdict applies to pushed commit 33db8768856d0042eca73c46775e213c0984daa2 after independently verifying tree/parent equality with the reviewed local commit.
  • New-head Ubuntu boundary CI passed; Windows candidate validation passed on the correction commit. Windows workflow remains candidate-scoped, not a current public.4 two-version execution matrix.
  • This bounded separate-agent review is not a submitted GitHub approval, full security verification, owner acceptance or integration authorization. Keep this PR draft for owner-controlled integration.

…ary scan

- docs/ADOPTING-AEOS.md: plug-and-play setup for teams, using any
assistant through the shipped human executor, protections already in
the package, roles, sequenced work and automation rules, datasets,
  known limits.
- .agent/skills/aeos-data-handling: classify data, keep secrets out,
  pass datasets by reference.
- scripts/check_public_boundary.py (+ tests) and a new Ubuntu CI job:
scans every tracked file and ZIP member for credential markers,
private user paths and secret-bearing file names.
- CLAUDE.md and GEMINI.md point to AGENTS.md; .gitignore excludes
secrets, local environments and run outputs.

No distribution, site or packaged code changes.
