docs: Sentinel security audit completed without code changes

Sentinel reviewed the codebase and identified no new vulnerabilities or enhancements that fit within the given constraints (< 50 lines). The codebase implements defense-in-depth protections for SSRF, DoS, and command injection. No codebase modifications were necessary.
