Adds the two standard Claude workflows the other ZenRows repos already have:
open-pr-as-claude.yml: dispatchable stub (thin caller ofZenRows/cicd-templates) so PRs can be opened asclaude[bot]and reviewed by whoever dispatched them.claude-code-review.yml: runs the shared Claude code reviewer on every commit, drafts andclaude[bot]PRs included.Needed before the ACT-1662 (per-API-key credit caps) PR in this repo can be opened by the bot and reviewed. No code change; both workflows are identical to houston, teller, clients and gateway.
