I built and operate the product end to end: product direction and UX; the Next.js and TypeScript application; a multi-tenant FastAPI and PostgreSQL backend; Celery queues on Amazon SQS; transactional outboxes and reconciliation; leased AI-enrichment runs with workspace concurrency controls; Stripe subscriptions and a credit ledger; OAuth-protected read-only MCP access; and Terraform-managed infrastructure, observability, worker autoscaling, reliability, and cost control. |

Both MCP repos include an end-to-end deployment guide that's usable beyond "toy demos":
- Full Linux setup: DNS -> nginx reverse proxy -> Let's Encrypt (certbot) -> health checks & logs.
- Systemd-managed service: restart policies, log tailing via
journalctl, simple upgrades. - Streamable HTTP: remote clients + connectors (including ChatGPT).
- Optional OAuth: Auth0-backed flows for secure remote access.
