Let's just remove it completely. (the .po too) We never did use it as a teaching tool.

The English "Pirate" translation was fun when had only a few boards. But it's not maintained and it is one of 16 languages, so removing it will save significant build time.
@TheKitty noted that it was still being built. I thought it had been turned off some time ago. Decision by me.
