Automatically toggle parity on lossy paths where needed.
Proposal:
- Toggle on parity by default when the path used is above two hops.
- Toggle on parity if the path used is found to be lossy.
- Toggle off parity if the path used is relabile
Expected outcome of this would be to remove a bit of the overhead that comes with parity.
