Complete v2 adoption for share-chat (supersedes #11). Runnable BDD (features+steps) from the existing design docs; 4-doc model completed; submodule → v2.0.1 + devkit_major: 2. Pure UI plugin (share button → clipboard deep link) — no seam. Static gates pass; e2e validates on the fork in CI.

…ls + .gemini

Runs the devkit adopter on share-chat: adds .devkit.yml, symlinks the plugin-facing
skills into .claude/skills/, copies the .gemini styleguide, bumps tests/_testkit to
v1.1.1, and refreshes the caller workflow — restoring the missing merge-guard
'permissions: pull-requests: write' block. Makefile already included the fragment.

…ire v2 adopter)

share-chat gets runnable BDD behaviour tests (the design docs already existed):
- add implementation-plan.md (4-doc model) + rename e2e-spec.md -> e2e-steps-spec.md
- tests/e2e/features/10-share.feature + steps: share control present, sharing copies
  a deep link, the link identifies this chat (ctxid), and a copied-confirmation.
  Pure UI plugin — no seam; a real chat_create context + a clipboard-write spy.
- bump tests/_testkit -> v2.0.1 + .devkit.yml devkit_major: 2 (opt into the BDD-mandatory major).

Tier-1 static gates pass locally; e2e validated in CI on the fork.
