Prepares for Astra (pending agentclientprotocol/codex-acp#494) and uncomments the home-manager settings for codex since I no longer depend on the CLI's project trust settings (as I just bank on Zed's via the ACP integration)

Fixed test fixture type errors caused by Codex 0.154.0’s newly required fields. Added nullable defaults for
