feat: settle or snooze a session with ^X S - #170

^X S opens a picker: settle (until its next message), an hour, 4 hours or tomorrow 9:00. The session moves to a settled or snoozed section at the bottom of the list and comes back when that time passes, when it writes again (settled) or as soon as it waits on a menu or prompt. ^X S on a put-away session brings it back.
