fix: shorter, plainer notice for sessions run in an app - #175

"T3 Code (Beta)" is now "T3 Code" on the grey row, leaving room for the
project, and Enter on such a session shows a short grey note ("In T3
Code: open it there · ^S messages it") instead of a long red error that
was cut off. note() marks error-row text that is information.

From a screenshot: pressing Enter on a T3 Code session showed a long red error that was cut off ("…(^S mes"), and "in T3 Code (Beta)" pushed the project name off the grey row.
