feat: update ccs automatically while you're away - #177

On by default: a new release is downloaded in the background and, once you're away (ccs not focused, or no key for 3 minutes, nothing unsent and no popup or prompt open), installed and restarted where you were. The new ccs says it updated itself, with the changelog between the two versions. ^X I turns it off (new versions are offered instead); the header shows "^X I auto-update on/off". A failed automatic install falls back to the offer and isn't retried on its own. The ^X hint row also lists the chords added recently (C, I, K, P, S). ccs now installs new releases on its own, while you're away.
