feat: keep the circle for sessions waiting on you, in magenta - #178

Conversation
A session waiting on a menu or prompt (or asking something) showed a ? in place of its circle, which hid the hollow ○ of one run in an app like T3 Code. The circle now always stays and its colour gives the state: magenta waiting on you, light magenta asked you something, as are their section headers. From a screenshot: a T3 Code session waiting on a question showed
?in place of its hollow○, so the title row no longer showed it ran in T3 Code.●, or○for a session in an app ccs can't open. Its colour gives the state.waitColour): waiting on a menu or prompt. Light magenta (askedColour): idle with its last message asking something. Both colours are new, so neither clashes with green idle, amber busy, cyan done, red errors, light blue tasks, pink subagents or purple merged PRs.🤖 Generated with Claude Code
