build(deps): move demos to weight-custody-manifest 0.32 and regenerate the CI lock - #353

…e the CI lock Replaces #346, which changed the range in demos/requirements.txt but left demos/requirements/ci.txt pinned at 0.30.0, so Demos CI kept installing the old version. ci.txt is regenerated with the command in its header plus --upgrade-package weight-custody-manifest; only that pin and its hashes change. @carloshvp @rajnisht7 this needs one of you to approve: it is my PR, so mine does not count. It moves the demos to weight-custody-manifest 0.32 and regenerates demos/requirements/ci.txt, which is what dinakarjs asked for on #346. All 27 checks are green. Could one of you review it by Wednesday 22 October? |

This replaces #346. That PR changed the range in
demos/requirements.txtbut leftdemos/requirements/ci.txtpinned to weight-custody-manifest 0.30.0, and Demos CI installs from that lock, so it kept testing the old version. This regeneratesci.txtwith the command in its own header, moving only that pin and its hashes to 0.32.0. Locally on Python 3.11, the 47 demo tests pass and the four offline weight-custody demos run cleanly.
